How to apply to become Buxar Ration Dealer Recruitment 2021

As Schedule-1 for License of Fair Price Shop/Public Distribution System Shop under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 and as Schedule-2 for Self Help Groups, Mahila/Bhootme Sainik Sahayak Samitis Application letter. The office of the Sub-Divisional Officer Buxar will be received by registered post during office hours till the due date.

note:-Along with the application form, you must attach your color passport size photograph (recently attested) in five copies, out of which one photograph is to be pasted on the top right corner of the application form.

1. The applicant has to enter his/her mobile number in the application form just below the space allotted for signature.
2. The applicant has to mention the Panchayat/Ward Number and reservation category at the top of the application form for which the Panchayat/Ward and reservation category are applying.
3. Self-attested photocopies of all certificates related to educational qualification/computer should be attached with the application.
4. Applicants belonging to the reserved category will have to attach a self-attested photocopy of the caste certificate issued by the Circle Officer (CO) along with the application.
5. A self-attested photocopy of the residence certificate issued by the Circle Officer (CO) has to be attached with the application for availing the benefit of being a resident of the concerned Panchayat/Ward.
6. A copy of the affidavit related to the conduct issued from the level of Executive Magistrate is to be attached with the application form. If you apply for more than one Panchayat/Ward then the application form will be canceled.
7. In Panchayats/Wards where vacancies are recommended for Scheduled Tribes, if the Scheduled Tribe applicants are not available, these vacancies will be filled from the Scheduled Caste applicants.
8. Therefore, applicants belonging to both Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes categories can apply in such Panchayats/Wads.
9. Self-attested photocopies of Khatian/Kevla and updated rent receipt in respect of Khesra and acreage in the account of the place where the applicant wants to run the PDS shop will have to be attached with the application form.

An applicant for a fair price shop license shall be a matriculation pass and an adult: Provided that preference shall be given to an applicant having computer knowledge. If there is equality of computer knowledge then preference will be given to the more qualified and if there is equality then preference will be given to older people.

All the applications received will be scrutinized by the concerned Supply Inspector/Marketing/Officer. After scrutiny, the Sub-Divisional Officer will send the application form along with its recommendation to the District Level Selection Committee. After the District Level Selection Committee, the selected applicant will be issued a license by the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer cum Licensing Officer after depositing the license fee through Treasury Challan of Rs. 1000

• Applicants from the same family or joint family cannot apply.
• Elected member applicants serving during their tenure cannot apply.
• Like headman, panch, ward member, etc. Flour mill owner or their close relatives are not allowed to apply.
• Minor or insane or bankrupt fair price shop will not be given.
• A person working in government posts cannot get a fair price shop i.e. dealership.
• According to the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, or in any criminal case joint members will not get membership of fair price shop.
