IAF Air Force Group C Vacancy Details

IAF Air Force Group C Eligibility

MTS / House and Keeping Staff / Mess Staff,/ Laundryman / AAyah / Ward Sahayika / Voolcaniser :

• Matric pass or equivalent qualification from any recognized University for Board.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC) :

• intermediate Class or equivalent qualification with or typing speed of 30 a words per minute in English on a manual typewriter. OR A typing speed of 35 words per a minute in English on a computer.

Clerk Hindi Typist :

• intermediate Class or equivalent And A typing speed of a 25 words per minute in Hindi on a manual typewriter. OR A typing speed of 30 a words per minute in Hindi on a computer.

Stenographer Grade-II :

• intermediate class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board for University.
• Dictation is – 10 minutes are 80 words per minute
• Transcription 50 minutes English on the computer)

Store (Superintendent) :

• Graduate of a recognized University or equivalent.

Store Keeper :

• 12th Class or equivalent.

Carpenter :

• 10th (Matric) pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.
• Industrial Training for Institute Certificate in appropriate akin field of Trade viz – Carpenter or (b) Ex-Servicemen from appropriate trade viz. Carpenter a Rigger.

Painter :

• 10th (Matric) pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.
• Industrial Training Institute is Certificate in appropriate akin field or Trade viz – Painter or (b) Ex-Servicemen from appropriate trade viz. Painter.

Civilian and Mechanical or Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade) {CMTD (OG)} :

• 10th (Matric)pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.
• Must be a holding a valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicles.
• Must possess professional a skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanisms.
• Minimum two years’ experience and  driving motor vehicles.

Cook (Ordinary Grade) :

• 10th (Matric) from recognized Board with a certificate or diploma in catering.
• One year experience in the trade.

Fireman :

• 10th (Matric)or equivalent.
• Must have BEEN undergone training in Fire Fighting under a state fire service or a recognized institution of repute.
• Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers, Hose Fitting, and Fire appliances and types of equipment like fire Engine, Trailer Fire Pumps, and Foam Branches.
• Must be been physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties a or nd must have passed the test specified in advertisement OR Ex-serviceman of a appropriate trade. 

IAF Air Force Group C Selection Process

• All applications are be scrutinized in terms of age limit, minimum qualification, documents, and certificates. Thereafter eligible candidates will be issued a call me letter for the written test.
• The eligible candidates ARE will be required to appear for the written test. The written test will be A based on minimum educational qualification.
• The written test will consist of (i) General Intelligence or  Reasoning (ii) Numerical Aptitude (iii) General English (iv) General Awareness. 
• The question is cum answer paper is will be in English and Hindi.
• The requisite number of candidates will be short-listed and called for skill /practical/physical tests wherever are applicable based on merit/category in the written test.
• Short-listed candidates are to bee bring original certificates, copies of which were annexed with the application.
